Masterplan realized for a real estate investment group in San Bernardino California USA. The intent of the investors is to build residences for elderly with ad hoc services for the third age. The design group managed by Freddy Curiel has designed the area of 90.000 sqm with three types of different constructions. A five floors building with common facilities among which: a micro hospital, restaurants and tea rooms, offices, meeting rooms, mini apartments  for workers and a hotel for guests. The shape of the building resembles a traditional Hakka walled fortress, traditional example of multi-family communal living structure. Facing the multi functional building a modern Club House that connects two levels of streets. In the surrounding 120 small apartments for the guests, everyone with a small garden. The areas are connected by a Chinese garden with ponds and horti where vegetables can be grown.
