Electric Car Battery Lift
The Power Battery Lift is designed for new energy vehicle maintenance, specifically for removing and installing power battery packs. It can also be used for disassembling and assembling motors, gearboxes, and other heavy car components that require three-dimensional adjustment.
Key features include electric control with 6 degrees of freedom and a remote controller, allowing a single person to complete battery pack disassembly and installation. It offers two lifting speeds: a fast mode for general use and a slow mode for safer operation when the battery pack is close to the vehicle body. The lifting mechanism is equipped with a pneumatic mechanical safety lock. The platform size can be customized to meet specific needs.

Battery Air Tightness Tester
The NEV Air Tightness Tester is designed for the maintenance of new energy vehicles, specifically for testing the sealing integrity of the electric system after repairs.

It supports both positive and negative pressure testing functions and can be customized with sealing connectors. This product is developed with fully independent intellectual property rights and can be tailored to user requirements.

Programmable Workstation Lighting System
The Programmable Workstation Lighting System is designed for automotive repair shops. Suspended above vehicle repair workstations and arranged along the workstation line, it provides efficient lighting for automotive maintenance and repair work.
Key features include an aluminium alloy frame structure with a load-bearing capacity of up to 100 KN, an optional mobile roll drum, and LED light sources with customizable colour temperature and brightness. The programmable control system allows for overall illumination or specific workstation lighting, with each activated workstation forming a closed ring of light.

The AUC-300 is a versatile car frame straightening bench designed for professional auto body shops. With its spacious 3320mm length and 880mm width, it accommodates a wide range of vehicles. The adjustable height range of 110-1700mm allows technicians to work comfortably at various levels and use it as a scissor lift.

The adjustable height range of 220-1250mm allows technicians to work comfortably at various levels.

The AIS700 is a versatile car spray booth designed for professional auto body shops. With its spacious 7000x4000x2800mm inner dimensions, it accommodates a wide range of vehicles and parts. The adjustable temperature range up to 80°C allows technicians to perform both painting and baking operations efficiently.
Key features include a high-capacity air handling unit providing 35,000 m³/h airflow, suitable for water-based paints. The efficient direct combustion heating system of 400,000 Kcal accelerates the baking process. Dual frequency control and pressure self-balancing systems can save users 30% of energy annually, promoting energy conservation and emission reduction.
