Tobia Repossi with Giacomo Pala will run the New Generation Products, Processes and Services course in ITS Machina Lonati in the Project Manager Program.
Marco Goi will coordinate the course for the year 2024.
The course delves into the methodology of Design Thinking to apply it in the context of Service Design.
During the course, students will work out innovative solutions in business processes.
The training module is designed to stimulate and refine the ability to combine the analytical and creative dimensions of the different stages of creating a new product/service: from the analysis of needs to the identification of technological opportunities, from the creative resolution of complex problems to the sketch of possible innovative futures.
