We are extremely proud to announce that Tobia Repossi & Partners has been chosen to design the new Tencent Offices in China.
The project will be called Open QQ and consists in a series of working spaces for software and hardware startups incubated by the Chinese technology giant.
The first 11.000 Sqm office in 11 floors will be designed in Nanchang.
Tencent is one of the largest Internet companies in the world and today the largest Internet company in Asia by value after Alibaba.
Its subsidiaries provide media, entertainment, internet and mobile phone value-added services, and operate online advertising services in China.
Tencent’s services include social network, web portals, e-commerce, and multiplayer online games. Its offerings include the well-known instant messenger QQ and one of the largest web portals in China, QQ.com.
Tencent’s mobile chat service WeChat boosted the company’s constant expansion into smartphone services and Tencent’s JD.com competes with Amazon, Google, Ebay and Facebook.
