A very good friend from Hong Kong asked me to give him a hand to achieve his dream to build a Community Bakery in Shenzhen China.
He remembered when he was young the bread stores in Hong Kong giving free bred to the children going out of school every day.
The result is El Cafetin, a minimal and stylish coffee and bakery shop where fresh bread, cookies and cakes are baked every day.
The sound of a bell is today the signal of fresh products coming out of the oven and the community expects it at least three times a day.
